Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 January 2026. This policy explains how Medisplay handles personal information.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you submit through our enquiry forms: name, business or practice name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. Our waiting room players contain no camera, no microphone and no audience-measurement sensors, and they do not collect any information about individual patients.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide media kits and pricing, administer partner practice agreements and send you material you have asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Lawful basis and POPIA
We process personal information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries, as permitted by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for 36 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contractual records are retained for the periods required by South African tax and company law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Third parties
We use reputable service providers for hosting, email and analytics. These providers process data on our instruction and under written agreements.
